Archaeometric laboratory is a part of The Centre for Analytical and Experimental Archaeology at Panská Lhota.
The team focused on technological and functional analysis and microscopy provide for a complex analysis of ceramic samples, provenance and technology analysis, including the protocols and visual documentation.

The Centre for Analytical and Experimental Archaeology at Panská Lhota provides processing of environmental samples and experimental facilities, besides the archaeometry.
Team of the centre is able to provide for complete processing of environmental samples, from sampling with the help of a pedological probe directly on site (inclusive of large-scale excavations) over digital processing of stratigraphy, flotation, drying, classification and determination, including the protocol. The area reconstruction of stratigraphic situation in connection with geophysical survey thus provides a unique insight into endangered on-site contexts still before their fatal disturbance or prior to the excavation part of research. The processing comprises classification (archaeobotanical macroresidues, anthracology, osteology, malacofauna, and artefacts), photographic documentation, quantification and basic analysis.
